Ahhhh, my FAVORITE cheat snack of all time. I try not too make it too often, because all self control goes out the window, and in 3-2-1, its somehow all gone 😡 Buffalo chicken anything is just amazing, don’t you agree?? However, I do think mine is topnotch! There are a few reasons why! Well, really only one! haha
I can almost remember the first time I tried buffalo chicken dip, I mean I feel like that is something everyone would remember right!? — okay maybe not! This recipe is super simple to remember. Not one of my healthier snacks, but always a crowd pleaser!
These are the ingredients! All you need is:
1 lb of chicken (shredded) add a little pepper for seasoning and flavor!
8 oz of blue cheese dressing
8 oz Texas Pete Buffalo Wing Sauce (my secret ingredient!! I just love the flavor this one has!)
8 oz 1/3 fat Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese
Multigrain Chips are also a must! (taste way better than the normal corn ones!)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all the ingredients together. I like to add the cream cheese first, then blue cheese dressing, then buffalo sauce; mix well! Once mixed add in cheese and then chicken!! Pour into a oven safe piece of bakeware and pop in the oven for about 15-20 mins (keep en eye on it!) This was everything will melt together and be AHHH-mazing!
