I was in the mood for some coffee this afternoon. I started to make it and freaked out because I didn’t have any coffee creamer in the house! I am not a huge coffee drinker, so we don’t have creamer on hand often. So I started looking around and found a can of lite coconut milk. I knew I had almond milk in the refrigerator. So I looked and saw that most recipes call for those two ingredients!
You will need a can of lite coconut milk, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (I used vanilla), 2 tablespoons of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and I added a sprinkle of cinnamon, plus a blender.
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined! Then pour into a storage container and place into the refrigerator until you are ready to use!– Super easy right? RIGHT!!
