I have this awesome little tablet thing that I use to plan my meals. I made one for all of you and I adjusted it slightly for all of you! This is so simple to use! This is the process I usually take when I plan meals.
Step 1: Find recipes I like, figure out which day I will eat each meal. Then I write it down at the bottom.
Step 2: Go back and highlight or write in the ingredients I need to make each meal!
Step 3: Go grocery shopping and check off the items as I go!
