The 21 Day Fix is a pretty awesome program. If you don’t know much about it; someone named Autumn Calabrese came up with everything you need to know to reach your goal weight or body. The key is portion control. You get containers, food lists for each container, and a calorie bracket based on YOUR weight, so you know exactly how much to eat in a day. Simple right? I know, it is pretty amazing! I love MINE, did I mention that? She also had short and sweet 30 min workouts to go along with it, don’t let “short and sweet” fool you though, these can be though! Don’t worry , there is a modifier if needed!!
Even though I love this program and NOW I think it is super duper easy, the first time I tried to make a meal plan I had to read the book THREE TIMES! I came up with a color system and did everything on paper and tried to be extremely organized with it. It did work, but I was not about to do that each week, because I know I am not going to eat the same thing week after week. I know some people can do that, but not me!

I hosted, and participated in a Challenge group for the 21 Day Fix when it first came out, and it TOTALLY helped me get through the first round! There was something about having a group of people that were on the same journey as me that made it seem really easy and my goals seemed achievable when others were being positive and keeping me on track!
